I try to translate my page from german to english and - you probably noticed it already - my english is quite bad.

Die Serie handelt von den beiden hochintelligenten Physikern Dr. Sheldon Cooper (theoretische Physik) und Dr. Leonard Hofstadter (experimentale Physik), die sich ein Appartment teilen. Gegenüber wohnt Penny, eine attraktive, junge aber etwas einfachere Penny.
Entwickelt wurde die Serie von Chuck Lorre, der auch schon Dharma & Greg sowie Two and a Half Men mitentwickelt hatte.
